In your Defect Groups you add Defects to either the Serious or Non-Serious group. Serious and Non-Serious are a grouping mechanism only. Inspectors will see two sections of Defects when they perform inspections. A separate subtotal is calculated for Serious and Non-Serious Defects. The subtotals are visible in inspection data entry and are available in Inspection and Inventory Data Views on the Dashboard.
