Lotpath Quality is a secure system that protects access to your inspection data and photos.  Only authorized people associated with your account have access to your information.  But you work in a connected world.  You need to share inspection data and photos with your trading partners.  Sharing a limited amount of your quality data in Lotpath Quality is simple.  Here's how.

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Select the Inspection Data View or Inventory Data View that contains the information you would like to share.
   
3. Click on the Apply button to see your data.
4. Use the check boxes to the left of your data rows to select the rows that contain information you want to share.
5. Click on the Send Email button..
   
6. Add Email Recipients by typing the First Name, Last Name, and Email address of each person.
   
7. Select the photos to share by clicking the check box below each photo.
   
8. Set the expiration date by selecting a value from the list.
   
9. If you want a copy of the email, check the box to send a copy to yourself.
   
10. Click on the Send Email button.
    

That's it.  The recipients will receive an email that contains a link to the information you've shared with them.  Don't worry.  Recipients will only see the information you've shared.  They won't see any other quality data or photos in your account.  And, the share link will expire on the date you specified.
