When you view the data grid for Inspection Data Views and Inventory Data Views you will see an Export to CSV button and a checkbox with the label Show Qualifiers.  If the Show Qualifiers checkbox is selected when you click on the Export to CSV button, then data value qualifiers will be included in the CSV file that is generated.  If the checkbox is unselected, then data value qualifiers will not be included in the CSV file.  Data value qualifiers include the unit of measurements for certain data fields.  Examples include the unit of measurements for weight data (Pounds, Ounces, etc.) and the scale of temperature data (°F, °C)

If you want to perform numerical analysis on the data contained in the CSV file, then you will want to leave the Show Qualifiers checkbox unselected.
